General Questions
What is an MSP/MSSP, and how is it different from a standard IT company?
A Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) proactively monitor, maintain, and secure your entire IT infrastructure to prevent issues before they occur. In contrast, traditional IT companies typically operate on a reactive "break-fix" model, responding only after a system failure or outage happens.

Do you provide on-site and remote support?
Yes. The vast majority of technical issues can be resolved quickly through our remote support capabilities. However, when physical interventions or network infrastructure adjustments are required, we provide prompt on-site support.
Managed IT Services (MSP)
Do you proactively monitor systems or only react to issues?
We continuously and proactively monitor your endpoints and network environment. When potential risks or errors are identified, our team resolves them behind the scenes before they escalate into business disruptions.
Can you support multi-location businesses?
Yes, we provide full IT and security coverage across all of your operational business locations.
Do you manage both cloud and on-premises environments?
Yes. We support and manage on-premises hardware, cloud infrastructures, and hybrid environments tailored to your operational needs.
Cybersecurity (MSSP) Questions
What cybersecurity protections are included in your service?
We deliver comprehensive, multi-layered security solutions tailored to your organization's specific risk profile and operational needs. Pricing depends on the specific suite of security services implemented for your business.
What tools do you use for endpoint protection?
We utilize WatchGuard Endpoint Protection, Detection, and Response (EPDR) platforms to deliver continuous monitoring, threat hunting, and defense against advanced malware.
How do you handle ransomware prevention and recovery?
We deploy multi-tiered defense platforms designed to detect and block ransomware activity before it spreads. Additionally, we assist in developing incident response strategies and robust backup solutions to guarantee rapid recovery in the event of a critical security incident.
Do you provide email security?
Yes. We deploy comprehensive email security solutions that filter spam, block phishing attempts, and prevent domain spoofing. We also offer cybersecurity awareness training for your employees to strengthen your first line of defense.
Pricing and Contracts
How is your pricing structured?
Our pricing is modular and depends on the specific solutions required. Services are generally billed on either a per-device model (e.g., endpoint protection) or a per-user model (e.g., spam filtering and cloud user licenses). Billing occurs on the first of each month for all active licenses and services.
Are there long-term contracts required?
No, we don't require long-term service contracts. However, commitment terms imposed by third-party vendors (such as Microsoft licensing agreements) remain the responsibility of the client for the duration of the specific vendor term.
What happens if we need to cancel or switch providers?
You are free to switch or terminate services at any time without penalty from us. You will only remain responsible for any remaining third-party vendor license commitments (e.g., annual cloud subscriptions).
Onboarding & Transition
Can you help us migrate from our current IT provider?
Yes. We manage the entire transition process seamlessly—handling documentation transfer, security policy setup, and system access—to minimize friction for your team.
Will there be downtime during the transition?
While zero downtime cannot be completely guaranteed during major network transitions, we plan and execute all migrations strategically off-hours or in phased rollouts to keep downtime to an absolute minimum.
Do you handle documentation of our current environment?
Yes. Comprehensive environment documentation is one of our first onboarding steps. Documenting network topology, credentials, and hardware assets ensures consistent performance and rapid troubleshooting.
Do you require us to buy specific hardware or software?
We maintain a curated stack of standardized hardware and software solutions that we recommend for optimal performance and security. However, we do not require immediate hardware replacement or upfront purchases to begin serving your business.
