Managed Services
Managed Services is a more proactive approach to monitoring your environment. As an MSP it allows us to manage and monitor your environment and be more proactive to issues that might come up or be able to prevent them from happening. We can also take care of regular maintenance that might need to be taken care of.
Secuirty Services
We use a unified security platform that can monitor anything from the internet, the devices on your network, the wireless network, and all of the devices that communicate with each other in your environment. This all reports to one centralized repository and all of that information is examined and gives us a better idea of what is going on and alert us if something out of the normal happens.
EMail Security
Earlier this year Yahoo and Google now require that you have email server authentication before they will accept your email. That means that you have to publish records on the Internet that tells all email servers where your email is coming from so that they know if someone if trying to spoof your email. We offer a service that we can create those records and monitor them for you.
Offsite Backup
With the ransomware that is out there today it even encrypts the backups that you have on-site so that you can’t recover your data. That is why it is important to keep a copy of your data offsite somewhere. We offer a service that will copy your data offsite and keep it safe from a ransomware attack. It is always a good idea to have multiple copies of your data in case a backup fails.
